Following these rules helps us maintain the high standard of our services and ensures a pleasant experience for all guests. We kindly ask that you read this policy carefully and comply with its provisions.

1.1. Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction to property caused by their actions during their stay at the apartments.
1.2. This responsibility also extends to the actions of third parties who are or were present in the apartment at the invitation of the Guest..
2.1. In the event of any damage or destruction of property, the Guest is required to immediately inform the apartment staff by calling: +48 786 306 624.
2.2. The report should include a detailed description of the damage and the circumstances under which it occurred.
3.1. In the case of damage or destruction, the Guest is obligated to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property according to the valuation provided by the apartment staff.
3.2. The cost estimate for repair or replacement will be based on current market prices and labor costs.
3.3. Below is an indicative price list for selected types of damages:
– Damage to furniture (tables, chairs, wardrobes, kitchen fittings, etc.): from PLN 200 to PLN 5000
– Damage to household appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc.): from PLN 500 to PLN 5000
– Damage to electronics (TV, air conditioning, electronic locks, etc.): from PLN 1000 to PLN 5000
– Damage to furnishings and décor (lamps, curtains, decorations, etc.): from PLN 100 to PLN 5000
– Damage to surfaces, windows, and doors (floors, walls, doors, windows, etc.): from PLN 200 to PLN 5000
3.4. In case additional renovation or installation work is required, these costs will be added to the final invoice.
3.5. If repair is not possible, Guests will be charged the full cost of purchasing new property.
4.1. The apartment staff conducts regular inspections of the technical condition of the apartments, especially upon the Guest’s check-out from Lipowa32 Apartments.
4.2. In case of detecting damages that were not reported by the Guests, the staff will prepare a damage report and contact the Guests to clarify the situation.
4.3. The final damage report, containing a detailed description of the damages and cost estimation, will be delivered personally to the Guest or sent to the Guest’s provided mailing or email address.
5.1. Guests bear full responsibility for any theft of property that occurs during their stay.
5.2. In case of theft, Guests are required to immediately report the incident to the apartment staff..
6.1. The apartment staff conducts regular inspections and inventory checks of the equipment.
6.2. In case of detecting theft, the staff will prepare a theft report and promptly contact the Guests to clarify the situation.
6.3. If theft of property by a Guest is detected and confirmed by the Lipowa32 Apartments staff, the following rules apply:
– The Guest is obligated to immediately return the stolen property in an undamaged state, i.e., as it was found during their stay.
– The Guest will be charged the full cost of purchasing new property.
– The cost estimate for purchasing new property will be prepared based on current market prices
7.1. The final damage or theft report will include a detailed description of the damages or stolen items, an estimate of costs or purchase of new items, and potential legal consequences.
7.2. The report will be delivered personally to the Guest or sent to the Guest’s provided mailing or email address.
8.1. After the final damage report and cost estimate are prepared, the Guest will be informed of the amount to be paid.
8.2. The details of payment rules for damages and theft are specified in a separate regulation available on the website.
9.1. Avoiding any responsibility for damages and theft by the Guest constitutes grounds for initiating the procedure to enforce compensation charges. Failure to accept responsibility may result in the matter being taken to court.
In the event of detected damages or theft of property, the Guest will be promptly informed about the incident by the hotel staff.
Final damage report: The staff will prepare a final damage report, which will be delivered to the Guest and Lipowa32 Apartments, i.e., Gniecki s.c.
Amount of charges: Based on the final damage report, the amount of compensation fees for repair, replacement, or replenishment of damaged or stolen property will be determined.
Payment deadline:
Payment methods: Payment for damages and theft can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or via bank transfer to the designated Lipowa32 Apartments account.
Consequences of non-payment:
Additional Charges: All costs related to the debt recovery process, including court and administrative fees, will be borne by the Guest.
This regulation aims to ensure proper protection of the property of Lipowa32 Apartments, i.e., GNIECKI s.c., and to establish Guests’ responsibility for any damages or thefts. At the same time, it enables a quick and fair resolution of such situations.
