Cancellation policy at Lipowa32 Apartments

Dear Guest, thank you for choosing our property. We would like to present a detailed cancellation policy to help you clearly understand the terms of refunds in case of cancellation of your stay.

I / Cancellation Terms

  1. Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival:
    If the cancellation is made 30 or more days before the planned arrival date, a full refund of the paid amount will be granted.
  2. Cancellation 15 – 29 days before arrival:
    If the cancellation is made between 15 and 29 days before the planned arrival date, a refund of 50% of the paid amount will be granted.
  3. Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival:
    If the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the planned arrival date, the paid amount is non-refundable.

II / Exceptional Situations

Unexpected events:
Each case will be considered individually and we will try to find a solution satisfactory to both parties.

Natural disasters and extraordinary situations:
In the event of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other extraordinary circumstances preventing arrival, we offer a full refund or the possibility to reschedule the booking for another date without additional fees.

In your cancellation request, please provide your reservation number and the reason for cancellation.
Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days from the moment our team confirms the cancellation.
Depending on the cancellation terms, we will either process a refund or propose other possible solutions (e.g., rescheduling the booking to another date without extra fees).
